Job Description
AI Lead :
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready AI applications using Python and LLM frameworks
- Implement and optimize RAG systems to enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources
- Lead the design of agentic workflows using Lang-Graph (or Lang-Chain) and similar frameworks, ensuring scalability, modularity, and alignment with enterprise needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions, driving process reimagination through automation and intelligent systems.
- Build complex reasoning chains and agent workflows using Lang-Chain and Lang-Graph
- Create and maintain vector databases for efficient information retrieval
- Demonstrate understanding of AI system guardrails, agent evaluation frameworks, and LLMOps practices
- Develop custom tools and functions to extend LLM capabilities
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance
- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products
- Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technologies and implementation strategies
- Document code, architectures, and processes for knowledge sharing
