Job Description (JD) Team Lead (Jewellery Retail)

Supervise and guide sales team to achieve daily & monthly targets
Deliver excellent customer service and handle high-value clients
Ensure proper display, merchandising, and store presentation
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and prevent loss/shrinkage
Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance
Handle billing, store operations, and cash management
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations
Coordinate with store manager for sales strategies and promotions
