About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Pre-Sales / Business Development Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow, Databricks, and/or Snowflake ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings at least two of these three platform competencies, paired with a proven track record of engaging North American and European enterprise clients, leading RFP responses, and designing compelling data and cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development
Own and drive the end-to-end pre-sales cycle for strategic accounts across North America and Europe, from initial discovery to deal closure support.
Build and nurture C-suite and VP-level relationships at enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on data, cloud, and platform modernization initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and via outbound outreach, pipeline generation, and partner-led channels.
Represent the organization at industry conferences, partner events, and executive briefings across North America and Europe.Solution Design & Technical Pre-Sales
Lead solution architecture conversations and develop tailored proposals across ServiceNow workflows, Databricks lakehouse/AI solutions, and Snowflake data platform implementations.
Translate complex client business requirements into scalable, commercially viable technical solutions including platform comparisons, architecture diagrams, and ROI models.
Collaborate closely with delivery architects, data engineers, and practice leads to validate solution feasibility and scope.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) prototypes, and executive presentations that resonate with both technical and business audiences.RFP / RFI / Tender Management
Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from North American and European enterprise and government clients.
Coordinate cross-functional input (delivery, legal, finance, alliances) to produce high-quality, differentiated proposals on time and within compliance requirements.
Maintain a living repository of standard responses, case studies, platform credentials, and proof points to accelerate future bid cycles.
Analyze win/loss patterns and continuously refine messaging, positioning, and proposal quality.Partnership & Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with ServiceNow, Databricks, and Snowflake alliance teams to co-sell, co-create GTM motions, and access joint pipeline opportunities.
Stay current with platform roadmaps, certification programs, and partner tier requirements to maintain elite partner standing.
Represent the company in partner QBRs, enablement sessions, and joint client workshops.Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development roles within a technology services or product company.
Minimum 2 of 3 platform ecosystems: ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake with the ability to architect and present solutions independently.
Demonstrated experience working with and travelling to North American clients (US and/or Canada); prior US-based client engagements strongly preferred.
Valid B1/B2 US visa (non-negotiable) with a history of frequent international business travel.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.Technical Skills
ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, Now Platform architecture, integration hub, workflow automation.
Databricks: Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, MLflow, Lakehouse architecture, Spark-based data pipelines, AI/ML platform.
Snowflake: Data Cloud, Snowpark, Data Sharing/Marketplace, Snowflake for ML, cost optimization, multi-cloud deployment patterns.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as deployment environments for the above ecosystems.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements in North American and European regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2).Soft Skills & Commercial Acumen
Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling skills you can simplify complexity without losing depth.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities, RFPs, and stakeholder threads in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial mindset: experience with deal structuring, TCO/ROI modelling, and competitive positioning.
High cultural intelligence and adaptability to work across North American and European business norms.Nice to Have
Exposure to all three ecosystems: ServiceNow + Databricks + Snowflake in a single client engagement or portfolio.
Existing relationships with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients in North America or Western Europe.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist / Architect, Databricks Certified Associate/Professional, Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced.
Experience with ISV / GSI / consulting firm environments (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini, or boutique data consultancies).
Prior experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or public sector in North America or Europe.
Familiarity with CPQ tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), or proposal automation solutions (RFPIO, Loopio, Responsive).What We Offer
