Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Preparing BOQ of all drawing /Autocad Checking bills of contractors Taking Technical decision of site Site supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the project technical specifications and drawing Making indent for required materials Keeping records of site requirements Holding meetings with Architect & Contractor. Manpower Planning & Structuring Applying plans as per daily schedules. Planning for daily basis work. Daily progress report of project civil work. Quality analysis. Preparation of bar bending schedule for structural element Find the quantity of steel, concrete, brick, cement, sand, aggregate etc. Layout of all type of structure Co-coordinating with Contractor and Mechanical Team Project Works In Organization: Silos 2nos (15000 MT each) Admin Building Raw Material Godown Conveyor Trench Pre-Cleaning, Unloading pit, elevator pit Weigh Bridges Boiler and Rendering all technical foundation (cooling tower, water pump, heat pump, ahu, chiller), Floor trimix with puff slab, PVC drain, tile etc. Piling Foundations Road Work (GSB, DLC, PQC) Flooring Work Compound Wall DG Foundation Electric Control Room Electric Cable Trench Electric Motor Foundation Service Bridges OilTanks 2nos Tile Works Transformer Foundation Mechanical,civil,electrical work.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 6 yrs experience in new plant setup as a project engineer civil (Food/FMCG/ Chemical/Pharma Industry)
