Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 5 years specifically focused on ServiceNow.
- 8 years of experience in developing comprehensive test plans, test suites, and executing test cases, with a strong emphasis on database validation.
- 7 years of experience in ensuring test traceability, linking requirements to functional deliveries.
- 3 years of experience in automating test processes using Selenium or other open-source automation tools.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the HR, healthcare, finance, or banking domains, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multivendor teams.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in writing, updating, and executing SQL queries for testing purposes.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Azure Test Plan and test management tools.
- 2 years of experience in managing defects, including triaging, brainstorming, retesting, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile, hybrid-agile, and waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CSM, HRSD, or other relevant ServiceNow modules.
- ServiceNow Certified Testing Specialist (CTS)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, decisive, and action-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to clearly articulate requirements into comprehensive test cases and ensure thorough test coverage across different teams.
- The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
