About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM Reporting team, with a focus on Dashboards. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to HR, business leaders, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Dashboards for HR, talent, payroll, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver intuitive, data-driven dashboards.
- Build and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and composite reports to feed dashboards.
- Ensure dashboards are aligned with organizational KPIs, compliance standards, and governance policies.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing dashboards.
- Document reporting and dashboard processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting & Dashboards (Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports).
- Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of HR processes including compensation, absence, recruiting, and payroll.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
