We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support through calls, chat, and email. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain professional communication with customers
Record customer interactions and update CRM/software
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Minimum 1year experience required - bpo only(voice/chat)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication required
Good verbal and written communication skills
