About the Role
We're looking for a Junior .NET Developer who takes extreme ownership of their work, communicates with clarity, and embraces AI as a core part of how they build. You'll join our Desktop Application Development team to develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based desktop applications using C#, WinForms, and WPF.
Over the past few months, we've made our entire engineering cycle agentic from planning and code generation to testing and deployment. AI isn't a productivity tip here; it's baked into how we ship. We're looking for someone who's excited to work this way, not someone who needs convincing.
You'll work closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and business teams to ship reliable, user-friendly software. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do you spot problems, raise them, and drive them to resolution.
What You'll Do
- Develop and support desktop applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Work with WinForms
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Work with SQL Server and database operations
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, debugging, and development efficiency
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and SQL
- Working knowledge of WinForms
- Strong ownership mindset you follow through, you don't drop the ball
- Clear communicator who can articulate problems and solutions in writing and in conversation
- AI-forward developer who already uses tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor in their workflow and is curious about what's next
- Analytical thinker who enjoys solving hard problems, not just closing tickets
