Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Tableau Power BI Developer you are responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art dashboards, reports and advanced BI data models
You provide our internal departments and client teams with high-quality, insightful solutions with superior UX based on all relevant company data
You will collaborate closely with an agile team of Business Users, -Analysts, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to transform business requirements into data driven solutions
Through your work, you make a significant contribution to our product and services offering
Your daily work will contain: Dashboards UX: Design, develop and optimize high-performance Tableau and Power BI dashboards with focus on superior User Experience (UX) and actionable insights Stakeholder Management: Act as a functional consultant to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, bridging the gap between business needs and data solutions Data Engineering Sync: Collaborate with Data Engineers to define and refine medallion architecture (Lakehouse) requirements and ensuring data availability
Maintenance Support: Perform impact analysis and adapt BI solutions to source system changes, while providing SME (Subject Matter Expert) support to empowered self-service users REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE Experience Impact: 4-6+ years of hands-on-experience in Power BI and Tableau, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects from initial requirement gathering to final user adoption Tech Stack Tableau (Dashboard development, data modelling, performance optimisation, extracts, Server/Online admin basics) and Microsoft Power BI (DAX/Power Query) Advanced SQL (optimization, window functions and CTEs) Data validation, profiling, and quality analysis Strong understanding of BI Architecture Reporting Frameworks Soft Skills Strong communication skills: Ability to act as a BI Consultant to internal departments Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving attitude offering solutions Attention to detail consistency for building enterprise ready solutions Fluent English skills (working language) NICE TO HAVE Tech Stack Python Azure Cloud tools
