Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Java, .NET, and application development roles
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate fit (technical + cultural)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Schedule and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Negotiate offers and handle compensation discussions in alignment with internal guidelines
Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment trackers/reports
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of experience in Technical/IT recruitment
Proven experience in hiring for Application roles (Java / .NET stack)
Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring landscape
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
