Inbound Representative Associate - (Voice Process -International Process)

Education: HSC Passed with 1 Year exp can apply

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Work Location: Mumbai,(Airoli-MDC5)

Shift timings: UK / US- Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Requirements:

Should have excellent Oral and written communication skills.
You should be flexible to work in any shift.
Provide high quality Tier 2 Customer Support service to Customers with complete focus on 100% issue resolution and 100% customer satisfaction.
Adhere to Client defined as well as internally defined processes and procedures while handling Inbound calls.
Walk customers/ Provide navigational support on self-service portal

Benefits :Transportation: Two-way Cab facility will be provided (Pick and drop location should be with-in Accenture Transportation boundary).
