We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement professional with a strong background in the BPO industry to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Process Improvement within the BPO domain
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
Strong knowledge of DMAIC, Kaizen, FMEA, RCA, and Process Excellence methodologies
Expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Preferred: Candidates with proven experience in Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or Continuous Improvement roles within the BPO industry.
