Dot Net Technical Lead @ Capgemini

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Architect / Lead with strong hands-on coding expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade .NET microservices on Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with deep expertise in Azure services, API Management, Identity Management, and scalable architecture.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of .NET Core microservices on Azure Cloud
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
• Design and implement Azure-integrated solutions using services like Service Bus, Functions, Cosmos DB, Key Vault
• Build and manage Azure API Management (APIM) solutions including policies, transformations, and developer portals
• Develop reusable frameworks, SDKs, and enterprise-level libraries
• Design and implement Azure Cognitive Search solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and clean architecture principles
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively with business teams

Experience Required

• 15+ years overall experience
• Strong hands-on experience as an Individual Contributor
