Job Description :

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead with strong expertise across SharePoint Online, full-stack development, and cloud platforms, who can drive architecture, guide teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise solutions on M365 / SharePoint Online
• Architect and build solutions using SPFx, React, C#, .NET
• Drive integration with Azure services, APIs, and AWS hosting environments
• Provide technical leadership across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataflows)
• Define best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution design and business engagement
• Oversee CI/CD, deployments, and environment strategies
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards
• Work in Agile environments and coordinate across global teams
