Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and design solutions using lean six sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Implement kaizen events to improve processes and reduce waste in BPO operations.
  • Analyze data from various sources to measure performance metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.

Core Skills:

  • Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt acceptable; Black Belt preferred).
  • Knowledge of FMEA, RCA, DMAIC, and Kaizen.
