Test Manager @ Kumaran Systems

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

12+ years of overall QA experience

• Minimum 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role
• Proven experience in managing blended manual and automation teams Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management

Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as: 1 Java + Selenium 2 Playwright 3 Cypress 4 Appium 5 Tosca 6 RestAssured

• Strong experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing
• Expertise in test environment management and test data management
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines

Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience leading large-scale QA transformation programs

Experience managing cross-functional testing teams across multiple projects

Experience driving automation-first QA strategy

Experience in enterprise test governance and reporting
