Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and receipts
- Support in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities
- Work closely with senior finance team members on various tasks
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Internship or training in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP basic level)
Education Criteria (Mandatory):
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Honours)
