Job Summary:

We are conducting a Walk-in Recruitment Drive for the role of ARM JLG (Joint Liability Group Lending) across multiple locations. Candidates with relevant experience in microfinance, NBFC, or banking and a strong inclination towards field roles are encouraged to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle JLG / Group Lending operations
• Timing Starts from 7.00 AM in morning.
• Customer acquisition, onboarding & servicing
• Field visits for collections and relationship management
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and groups
• Identify new business opportunities in the local market

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking (Preferred)
• Experience in JLG / Group Lending mandatory
• Strong field orientation
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of local area/market

Important Instructions:

• Candidates must be well aware of field role responsibilities
• Carry updated resume/ Highest Education Marksheet / CTC Annexure.
• Candidates should be comfortable with local travel
