Job Summary:
We are conducting a Walk-in Recruitment Drive for the role of ARM JLG (Joint Liability Group Lending) across multiple locations. Candidates with relevant experience in microfinance, NBFC, or banking and a strong inclination towards field roles are encouraged to attend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle JLG / Group Lending operations
- Timing Starts from 7.00 AM in morning.
- Customer acquisition, onboarding & servicing
- Field visits for collections and relationship management
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and groups
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking (Preferred)
- Experience in JLG / Group Lending mandatory
- Strong field orientation
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of local area/market
Important Instructions:
- Candidates must be well aware of field role responsibilities
- Carry updated resume/ Highest Education Marksheet / CTC Annexure.
- Candidates should be comfortable with local travel
- Prior briefing on location & job expectations is mandatory
