Core Competencies & Technical Stack
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Functions).
- Pipeline & CI/CD: Advanced mastery of Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) and GitHub Actions.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Building and provisioning resources using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Monitoring & Security: Implementing DevSecOps and integrating observability with Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Splunk
Responsibilities at this Senior Level
- Architecture & Design: Leading the transition from legacy setups to modern, microservices-based cloud architectures.
- Pipeline Optimization: Building scalable, self-service CI/CD pipelines that enforce quality gates and security compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring junior engineers, establishing GitOps workflows, and promoting a strong DevOps culture.
- Cost Optimization & Governance: Managing Azure Policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and FinOps.
