Senior Site Engineer @ Muthoot FinCorp (MFL)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee site execution, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise site laborers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient work flow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in senior site engineer roles or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials science, and building codes.
• Excellent site supervision skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
