MRT Info Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a leading International Technical Support Voice Process and is looking for talented candidates to join a dynamic customer support team.

Technical Support Associate International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) Work From Office
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of International Voice Process experience are preferred
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
- Excellent communication skills required
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Result Areas (KRAs) Technical Support Associate (International Voice Process)
1. Customer Technical Support & Issue Resolution (40%)
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to products, services, software, hardware, or connectivity.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams within defined SLAs.
- Ensure high First Call Resolution (FCR) rates and minimize repeat customer contacts.
2. Customer Experience & Service Excellence (20%)
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Build customer confidence by providing clear explanations and setting realistic expectations.
- Ensure positive customer interactions that enhance brand reputation.
3. Process Compliance & Quality Standards (15%)
- Adhere to all organizational policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Follow approved scripts, call flows, and quality standards.
- Maintain accuracy in customer information, case notes, and ticket updates.
- Achieve quality benchmarks established by the client and internal quality teams.
- Participate in quality audits and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Ticket Management & Documentation (10%)
- Accurately log customer interactions and technical issues in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Update case status and resolution details promptly.
- Ensure complete documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet productivity targets
