Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Review medical records, including clinical data, radiology reports, lab results, and other relevant documents.
Identify missing information from providers and follow up on obtaining necessary documentation.
Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS codes.
Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient records.
