Role & responsibilities

• Target Achievement: Own and deliver monthly/quarterly disbursal and revenue targets for the assigned territory. [1]
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Field Executives to ensure high productivity. [1]
• Channel Development: Build, maintain, and expand a robust network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and real estate consultants to generate high-quality leads. [1, 2, 3]
• End-to-End Processing: Manage the entire loan lifecycle from lead generation, customer document collection, and eligibility assessment to credit appraisal, sanction, and final disbursement. [1, 2, 3]
