We are hiring for top-tier International BPOs in Bangalore for Customer Support (Voice Process) roles. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking to kickstart your career with a leading brand, this is the perfect opportunity!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers over the phone with their queries and provide high-quality resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely support.
- Understand financial/banking-related queries (training will be provided).
- Handle customer grievances professionally and efficiently.
Requirements & Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: Graduates ONLY. Freshers and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in International BPO / Call Centers / Customer Service / Client Servicing.
- Skills:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity or interest in the banking/financial domain is a plus.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to work.
- Shifts: Must be comfortable working in UK / Australian Shifts.
- Job Location: Bangalore ONLY (Immediate joiners preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC Package: Up to 5.0 LPA (Depending on performance and eligibility)
