Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for International Sales and Business Development positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers.
Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
