  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for International Sales and Business Development positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
