Position Summary:
As aLeadEngineer, Software, your role will be to implement the technology strategy for Ensemble software delivery teams with guidance fromengineeringleadership. You will focus on developing reusable software components, patterns, and tooling to address them. Your outcomes will be a contributor to achieving our long-term strategic goals
Roles & Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems in large scale distributed co-ordination, scaling, algorithmic optimization, operations research and data crunching.
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET Core, and Rest API technologies.
- Utilize LINQ/Entity Framework to interact with databases and perform data operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with responsive UI designs using JavaScript and React.
- Deploy applications to the Azure cloud platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to streamline software delivery processes.
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance application performance and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and propose technical solutions.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated advanced application of AI, including leading teams to explore, experiment with and apply AI tools/solutions that deliver measurable process improvements and technological advancements.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on C#, MVC and .NET Core development.
- Proficiency in Rest API design and development, including authentication and data serialization.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with LINQ/Entity Framework for data access and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience of Terraformor similar Infrastructure as Code tool.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL Database.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, Storage, Key Vault.
- Strong hands-on experience with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and networking concepts(VNet, endpoints).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, including tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker-based containerized application deployments, including building, versioning and managing container images, and deploying applications across environments using container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and related front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Test Automation will be preferred.

Position Summary:
Builds and operate secure, reliable data integrations and platform pipelines for sensitive healthcare data, improving ingestion, validation, monitoring, and delivery for analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer II, Data is primarily responsible for building and operating reliable data integrations and data platform capabilities that move sensitive healthcare data securely and consistently.
- This includes creating new source ingestions feeds and interfaces; maintaining and troubleshooting existing interfaces; improving ingestion, validation, and monitoring; and partnering with stakeholders to deliver analytics, warehousing, and reporting solutions.
- This role also contributes to platform engineering practices by automating environments, standardizing deployments, and improving observability and reliability for data services.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of coding experience
- 2+ years of coding experience with Microsoft SQL
- 1+ years working with big data technologies including but not limited to Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Dataflows, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus) with a willingness and ability to learn new ones
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals: testing automation, code reviews, telemetry, iterative delivery and DevOps
- Experience with polyglot storage architecture including relational, columnar, key-value, graph or equivalent
- Some experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
- Some experience with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (e.g., Terraform) and environment standardization
- Familiarity with operational excellence practices such as incident response and runbooks
- Understanding of security fundamentals for cloud platforms (identity and access management, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging)
- Experience packaging and running services using containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and/or serverless patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, version control, and release automation for data pipelines and platform components (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to AI tools for development, productivity, or operational automation
