Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks
• Build automated test suites for:
• Functional testing
• Integration testing
• API testing
• End-to-end testing
• Regression testing
• Create reusable testing libraries and automation utilities

Preferred candidate profile :

AI Systems Validation

LLM & Generative AI Testing

• Design frameworks to evaluate:
• Response correctness
• Consistency
• Hallucination rates
• Instruction adherence
• Grounding fidelity
• Safety and policy compliance
• Build automated benchmark suites for LLM-based systems
• Develop regression detection mechanisms for model and prompt changes
• Validate output quality across model upgrades
