Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a keen interest in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency, and NCLT-related assignments.

Support execution of M&A, corporate restructuring, insolvency resolution, and other special situation assignments.
Assist in preparation of transaction documents, petitions, applications, affidavits, reports, and regulatory filings.
Draft correspondence, presentations, and other assignment-related documents.
Maintain documentation, case records, compliance trackers, and working papers.
Track case progress, regulatory updates, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile :

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience; or
Candidates seeking for 21 months management training and have cleared all groups of the CS Professional Programme examination.
Interest in M&A, corporate restructuring, insolvency, and NCLT-related work.
Good communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Eagerness to learn and work in a professional environment.

Salary: Remuneration will be as per industry standards and is open to negotiation.
