Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, databases, and references
Screen and shortlist profiles based on hiring requirements
Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate (2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs can apply)
0 - 1 Year of Experience in:
- HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- BPO / Voice Process
- Customer Support
- Staffing / Consultancy
Good verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation:
Freshers: 13,000 + Performance Incentives
Candidates with HR Internship Experience: 15,000 + Performance Incentives
Experienced Candidates: Up to 16,000 + Performance Incentives
Growth Opportunity:
Performance review after the first 2 months
Salary revision from the 3rd month based on individual performance
Attractive incentive structure for consistent performers
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
