Brief scope of the role:

- Manage developers and testers, ensuring consistent delivery quality

- Manage the scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions that support a latest technology business line.

- The role has to provide strategic technical direction, define architectural standards, and ensure that all solutions align with business objectives and modern engineering principles and local laws.

Role Description:

- Manage the end-to-end solution architecture for assigned projects, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure to define and implement technology stack, frameworks, integration patterns, and technical standards aligned with business and product goals.
- Oversee delivery of software components, balancing rapid execution with quality in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Manage and support software-related incidents in the telecommunications environment, ensuring quick resolution and minimal service disruption.
- Provide technical support across integration, middleware, and application layers, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
