Job Description
Role: Subject Matter Expert Graduate Admissions Test Preparation (GMAT, GRE, LSAT & MCAT)

Synopsis:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in standardized test preparation, specifically GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT. The SME will support the development of high-quality online learning content, assessments, labs, and instructional videos designed to help learners improve test performance and achieve target scores.

A Day in Your Life
- Create and review course objectives and outlines.
- Review video scripts and ensure content accuracy.
- Develop practice exercises, quizzes, and assessments.
- Create exam-focused strategies, worked examples, and study plans.
- Review readings and supplementary learning materials.
- Record talking-head videos and instructional walkthroughs.
- Participate in content review and client discussions.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback.
Skills in the Spotlight
- 5+ years of experience teaching or developing content for GMAT, GRE, LSAT, or MCAT.
- Strong understanding of exam formats, scoring methodologies, and test-taking strategies.
- Proven experience helping learners improve scores.
- Experience creating online learning content and assessments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience with Kaplan, Princeton Review, Manhattan Prep, Magoosh, Blueprint, LSAT Demon, or similar organizations is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- For MCAT-related courses, a background in Medicine, Life Sciences, or Healthcare is preferred.
