  • Strong Python development skills :Hands-on experience with APIs (REST APIs, authentication, OAuth, tokens), System integration experience
  • Experience with LLM-based solutions :OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar, Prompt structuring and tool/function usage
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills :Ability to design end-to-end workflows, Debugging complex, multi-component systems
  • Strong Communication Skills and Problem solving skills (Analytical skills / Collaborative thinking/ Adaptable to change)
  • Strong Stakeholder Management

    • Good to have skills:
  • Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
  • Basic frontend or UI development (for internal tools)
