Job Description
- Manage and process agent-related requests including agent onboarding, changes, address updates, and terminations in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
- Handle Agency and Producer setup activities , including hierarchy creation, maintenance, and updates while ensuring alignment with business and compliance guidelines
- Review and process agent commission calculations, adjustments, and payouts , ensuring correctness of data and timely disbursement
- Manage licensing, appointments, and contract updates for agents and producers in compliance with regulatory requirements and state-level guidelines
- Collaborate with underwriting, policy administration, and finance teams to identify and resolve discrepancies related to agent records, commissions, or policy data
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and compliance frameworks , maintaining high levels of data accuracy and governance
- Generate, review, and validate reports related to agency performance, commission reconciliation, and producer status , supporting operational and business decision-making
- Provide timely responses to internal stakeholders and manage queries efficiently while ensuring SLA and TAT commitments are consistently met
- Mandatory experience in Life Insurance Agency Commission operations
- Strong knowledge of agent lifecycle processes, commission structures, and reconciliation
- Understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks in the insurance domain
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for data validation and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on quality and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
