Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals with mandatory experience in the Life Insurance Agency Commission domain to support and manage end-to-end agency operations The role will focus on ensuring accurate processing of agent lifecycle activities, commission management, and compliance adherence while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in agency administration, producer management, and commission processing within Life Insurance, along with a detailed understanding of regulatory and audit requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process agent-related requests including agent onboarding, changes, address updates, and terminations in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
  • Handle Agency and Producer setup activities , including hierarchy creation, maintenance, and updates while ensuring alignment with business and compliance guidelines
  • Review and process agent commission calculations, adjustments, and payouts , ensuring correctness of data and timely disbursement
  • Manage licensing, appointments, and contract updates for agents and producers in compliance with regulatory requirements and state-level guidelines
  • Collaborate with underwriting, policy administration, and finance teams to identify and resolve discrepancies related to agent records, commissions, or policy data
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and compliance frameworks , maintaining high levels of data accuracy and governance
  • Generate, review, and validate reports related to agency performance, commission reconciliation, and producer status , supporting operational and business decision-making
  • Provide timely responses to internal stakeholders and manage queries efficiently while ensuring SLA and TAT commitments are consistently met
Required Skills Experience:
  • Mandatory experience in Life Insurance Agency Commission operations
  • Strong knowledge of agent lifecycle processes, commission structures, and reconciliation
  • Understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks in the insurance domain
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for data validation and reconciliation
