Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • All Electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance.
  • Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing and all critical utilities.
  • Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under DLP and AMC/CAMC in tracker.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff.
  • Conducting regular inspection of operating MEP equipment systems; making necessary adjustments and managing controls as per requirement.
  • Coordinating and maintain the as-built drawing and transition document library.
  • Timely preparation of MIS report and documentation ensure timely update of all documents of the section.
  • Check preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive maintenance system of abnormalities and take correction action for elimination.
  • Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing installations pertaining to the facility, Ensure installation are made as per Indian electricals rules and acts.
  • Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists , PPM schedules and history card for better management of engineering systems.
  • Assist in the upkeep and preventative maintenance of Facility Assets; assist in coordinating custodial and maintenance functions.
  • Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
  • Verify contractor bills for accuracy and certification of quantity.
  • Maintain and order equipment and supplies for facility operations.
  • Preparation of 52-week calendar for PM activity, ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly schedules are completed as per schedule.
  • Preparation of 52-week training calendar for Technical staff, ensure training are completed as per schedule.
  • Generating daily, weekly and monthly management report.
  • Coordination with builders for monthly power consumption, Ensure reading are matching on 1st day of subsequent month.
  • Coordination with builders for anything related to buildings issues and rectification if any.
  • Event support as and when requested by different business.
  • Tracking and upkeep of compliance documents related to facility.
  • Keep tracking and closure of abnormality reported by client within minimum time.
  • Audits - Maintain daily abnormalities and take corrective action and implement counter measures recommended during audits.
  • Safety Ensure safety working condition.
