Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Billing Engineer with experience in road construction projects. The candidate should have sound knowledge of measurement, billing, quantity calculations, and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of RA Bills and Final Bills.
Quantity measurement and billing of road works including Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, Drainage, Culverts, and allied works.
Preparation of client bills and subcontractor bills.
Verification of quantities as per approved drawings and site measurements.
Preparation of BOQ, quantity reconciliation statements, and work progress reports.
Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and client representatives.
Maintaining billing records, measurement books (MB), and project documentation.
Tracking work progress and preparing monthly billing reports.
Knowledge of tender documents, contracts, and rate analysis.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
Good understanding of government and infrastructure project billing procedures.
