Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Manage and drive the profit and loss statement for a cluster of cloud kitchens/brands, optimizing food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Operations & Audit Compliance: Ensure all kitchens strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), FSSAI hygiene guidelines, and internal quality audits.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of Kitchen Managers and ground staff. Identify training needs and manage workforce planning.
- Metrics & Performance: Monitor key operational performance metrics including Order Preparation Time (OPT), ratings, cancellation rates, and customer escalation resolution.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Supervise inventory audits, minimize raw material wastage, and maintain seamless supply chain coordination across locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience running multi-unit operations in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Cloud Kitchens, or Retail Food chains.
- Skills: Strong analytical acumen to decipher operational data, excellent communication, and an ownership mindset.
