Team Leader Hospital Billing
Experience: 7 - 10 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift (Night/Rotational)
Industry: Healthcare BPO / RCM
Employment: Full Time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hospital billing team monitor productivity, quality, and TAT.
- Oversee end-to-end HB operations: charge entry, UB-04 claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Drive denial resolution with root cause analysis; manage AR aging within defined thresholds.
- Conduct audits, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain SOP adherence across the team.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly MIS reports on billing KPIs and team performance.
- Coordinate with onshore teams, coding, and IT for seamless workflow execution.
Requirements
- 710 years of experience in US Hospital Billing / Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of UB-04, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and EOB/ERA interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with Epic, Meditech, Cerner, or similar billing platforms.
- Sound understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer billing rules.
- Proven team management experience in a BPO/KPO or healthcare RCM setup.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
