Position: Customer Support Executive
Eligibility: HSC Passed (Freshers and Experienced Candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally through calls.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information regarding TATA Motors products and services.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• HSC Pass or above.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.

Shift Details:

• Day Rotational Shift
• 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary:

• Freshers: 19,823/- CTC per month
• Experienced Candidates: 24,500/- CTC per month

Location: Reliable plaza, Airoli Navi Mumbai
