Designation: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage site operations, ensure quality standards, and complete projects within timelines. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in handling construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering projects
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, manpower, and material utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare project reports, BOQ, billing, and site documentation
- Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of work
- Verify measurements, estimates, and quality of construction work
Required Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of construction and civil engineering practices
- Site management and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and billing
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification :-
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Experience:-
- 4 - 6 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred.
