Role: Devops System Administrator (Github)

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 3-6 years

Notice: 0-30 Days

Required Skills & Qualifications: GitHub

• 3-6 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or IT support role
• Good knowledge of Cloud tools & platforms like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes
• Good understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Good knowledge of DevOps tools(GitHub, Artifacory) and concepts (CI/CD, version control, automation)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2support for DevOps and infrastructure-related issues
• Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts across environments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities w.r.t GitHub, Artfiactory.
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and escalate when required
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
• Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Participate in on-call or shift support as required
