Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer Power Systems

Required Experience

• 810 years of Software Testing and QA experience.
• Strong experience in Test Automation Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or PyTest.
• Experience in Power Systems, Utilities, Energy, or Renewable Energy domains.
• Experience testing engineering, simulation, or analytical software applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise applications.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and reusable test scripts.
• Validate software functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
