Job Description

Hiring: Claims Audit Manager (Health Insurance)

Location: Gurugram
Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
6 Week Offs per Month

Key Responsibilities

Audit Cashless and Reimbursement Claims processed by Medical Adjudicators.
Review claim decisions for accuracy, quality, and compliance with policy and medical guidelines.
Identify and analyse financial errors and process gaps in claim adjudication.
Audit queries and requirements raised during claim processing.
Share feedback, conduct quality reviews, and support training initiatives to reduce recurring errors and improve claim quality.

Eligibility

Education: BHMS / BAMS

Preferred Candidate

Experience in Health Insurance, TPA, Claims Adjudication, or Claims Audit.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of medical claims processes.

Candidates should be comfortable attending a Face-to-Face interview in Gurugram.
