Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy- Renewable Digital Products
Execute, Improve, communicate, and continuously refine the product vision and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
Maximize product value by translating business goals into actionable backlog items.
2. Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery
Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it remains visible, transparent, and clearly understood.
Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on value and urgency.
Collaborate with Scrum teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions to ensure continuous value delivery.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from stakeholders, customers, and market research to drive product decisions.
Bridge communication between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and expectations.
Communicate progress, updates, risks, and decisions effectively across all levels of the organization.
4. Agile Leadership & Product Execution
Lead Agile ceremonies where appropriate and partner closely with the Scrum Master and development team.
Ensure the team understands product goals, priorities, and the value behind each backlog item.
Make datadriven decisions using analytics, customer feedback, and performance metrics to optimize product outcomes
5. Value Maximization & Continuous Improvement
Ensure that features developed deliver measurable value while managing trade-offs and constraints.
Continuously inspect and adapt product direction based on user feedback and Agile retrospectives.
Maintain a customercentric mindset to ensure that delivered functionality meets real user needs.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Driving product vision and development of Renewable Domain (Wind, Solar, BESS)
Experience of working with Renewable (Wind, Solar and BESS) Digital Products belongs Operations, performance and optimization.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in backlog management, user story creation, and Agile delivery practices.
Understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and fastpaced environments.
