Job role: AIML Engineer

An AI/ML Engineer designs, builds, and deploys intelligent algorithms and models. They bridge the gap between data science and software engineering by preparing data, training models, and integrating them into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Data Engineering: Extract, clean, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Production Deployment: Transition experimental models into scalable APIs and production-ready enterprise applications.
- GenAI Integration: Implement Large Language Models (LLMs), build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and perform fine-tuning.
- Monitoring: Continuously evaluate model performance, detect data drift, and retrain systems for high accuracy.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python.
- ML Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data handling.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with deploying AI workloads on AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Azure.
