Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build, scale, and deploy next-generation AI and GenAI solutions. The role involves working on Python-based development, machine learning models, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems to solve real-world business problems and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and GenAI applications
• Build solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA
• Develop Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases
• Work on end-to-end AI lifecycle: data processing model building deployment monitoring
• Develop scalable backend systems using Python and APIs
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and workflows
• Optimize prompts, model performance, latency, and cost
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills

Core Engineering

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience building APIs / backend services

AI / ML & Deep Learning

• Hands-on with ML algorithms (regression, classification, NLP)
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

LLM / GenAI

• Experience with:
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Hugging Face
• Prompt engineering
• Embeddings & fine-tuning
• Building applications like:
• Chatbots
• Q&A systems
• Text summarization / classification

Agentic AI & Advanced GenAI

• Experience with:
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / CrewAI
• Knowledge of:
• Multi-agent workflows
• Reasoning pipelines

RAG & Data Systems

• Experience building RAG pipelines
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
