Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong Python skills to develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions. The candidate will work on data processing, model development, and integration of AI into applications.
AI/ML engineers typically design intelligent systems and implement machine learning models that solve real-world business problems
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune ML models for performance improvement
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ML workflows
- Integrate ML models into production applications and APIs
- Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business teams
- Document models, code, and workflows for future reference
- Stay updated with new AI/ML technologies and methods
Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
- Strong Python programming (mandatory)
- Machine Learning algorithms:
- Regression, Classification, Clustering
- Experience with ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Data handling:
- Pandas, NumPy
- Knowledge of:
- Data preprocessing & feature engineering
- Model evaluation techniques
Supporting Skills
- SQL / database knowledge
- API development (Flask / FastAPI basic level)
- Understanding of data structures & algorithms
- Version control (Git)
Soft Skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to understand business requirements
Good to Have
- Exposure to:
- NLP / Computer Vision
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in:
- Model deployment
- Real-time data pipelines
Ideal Candidate:
- Python + ML hands-on projects
- Experience in model training + data preprocessing
- Basic deployment / API exposure
