Job Description
Role: AI Leader/ AI Architect
Key Responsibilities:
To define enterprise AI strategy, oversee model governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, ethical, and ROI-driven AI adoption across the entire organization.
Role Overview:
As an AI Leader,/ AI Architect:
You will spearhead the organization's artificial intelligence agenda. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the technical complexities of machine learning and large language models (LLMs), while clearly communicating the business value to executive stakeholders and the board.
Key Responsibilities;
AI Strategy & Vision:
Build and execute a unified AI roadmap that aligns with core business objectives (e.g., revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience).
Enterprise Implementation:
Own the end-to-end deployment of AI models and tools into production, moving from isolated pilot programs to scaled, real-world workflows.
Governance, Risk & Ethics:
Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability (FATE principles). Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and emerging legal frameworks.
Team Leadership & Culture:
Build, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and MLOps specialists. Cultivate an AI-literate culture across the broader organization.
Innovation & Partnerships:
Champion continuous experimentation (e.g., agentic systems, GenAI) and manage relationships with external AI vendors and tech partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner directly with the C-suite (CTO, CIO, CDO, and CISO) to optimize infrastructure, data quality, and model security.
Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
8+ years of progressive experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a proven track record of bringing AI capabilities to production at scale.
Technical Fluency:
Deep understanding of modern ML techniques, LLMs, RAG, and vector search, alongside hands-on familiarity with frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Business Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to translate AI projects into tangible P&L impact and measurable ROI.
Leadership:
Strong change-management skills with a history of leading multidisciplinary teams and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
