Location: Lucknow & Bangalore for Full-Time & Remote/WFH for Contract
Employment Type - Open for both Full-Time & Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and develop intelligent AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have practical experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
The role requires strong Python development skills along with expertise in integrating LLMs, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop and manage AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Implement semantic search and knowledge retrieval using vector databases.
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Design document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources including PDFs, Word documents, web content, and databases.
- Optimize prompt engineering, response quality, latency, and overall AI system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Understanding of AI model evaluation and monitoring.
- Knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
