Skills & Experience:

5+ years of SAP RE-FX experience

Strong background in Real Estate processes, Finance, FI-AA

Expertise in SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to analyze real estate business processes and requirements

Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions (contract management, lease administration, property management)

Configure and maintain SAP REFX module ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Conduct workshops and end-user training

Manage real estate transactions (lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals)

Work with legal/business teams to ensure compliance

Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios

Provide ongoing SAP REFX support and optimize system functionality

Identify and implement process improvements

Collaborate with technical teams on system integration and data migration

Stay updated on SAP REFX advancements and best practices

Participate in testing and validation activities
